A leading SMB security services provider recently survey by a to understand how their clients deploy email archival technology to extract useful business intelligence from their email-histories, revealed the lack-lustre of optimisation of this useful technology in 200 businesses located in US and UK. According to the survey, one in six businesses in the UK, are unaware that the huge collateral content contained in their archived emails can be mined to extract business intelligence.
